Return Policy - Change of mind
We offer a 30 days return policy for unopened/sealed and unused products due to change of mind from the date of delivery for store credit. Your returned item must be in new, unopened condition, unused and in its original packaging. Opened items cannot be returned. In order to arrange a return, please contact us through our email email@example.com. As soon as we receive the item and verify it, a store credit code will be sent on the email used on your purchase.
Items must be returned in original condition including all original packaging.
Original shipping charges if any, are nonrefundable

Refunds and Replacements
If you unfortunately received a faulty or damaged item, please, send us a video and/or photo on our email email@example.com demonstrating what is wrong with the product so we can take a look and help you with it. Depending on the situation we may require you to send us the product back to better evaluate and send you a replacement or refund, as you prefer and if eligible.
The shipping costs will be your responsibility and, if the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will refund the value back to you according to your postage receipt, so remember to keep it.
We are not responsible for returned items lost on the way to us. Please ensure the item is sent to the correct address.
All refunds will be made according to your original payment method and may take between 3-5 business days.
Please note that all returned items will be tested and, if declared to be in perfect working condition, it will be sent back to you.

Sales items can not be refunded unless proven faulty.
